I haven't got time to post but I must say this: Utilitarianism is the philosophy of the clueless. It is constantly polished, gleamed and remarketed to us as something new, improved and revolutionary. The naive simplicity of it disarms the intellect as it enmeshes itself in peoples common sense.

It is also one of the many gimmicks used by power to justify the unjustifiable.
such delicious generalisations.. i think if anything it is there to disarm emotion.. using rational arguments to explain vicious behaviour..
