Today I saw first hand how racism can have a place in polite conversation by people who think they are decent. How can one even have a discussion on politics and religion with people who won't change what they are saying even after they admit themselves that you've proven them wrong and that what they are saying doesn't make sense?
I'm attacked by some for not being "moderate" enough, and others for not being "religious" or "faithful" enough. I think I must be doing something right - but does this have to be such a lonely path?
